What is your service area?
Our service area includes Carnesville, Commerce, Homer, Lavonia, Royston, Toccoa, Jefferson, Canon, Nicholson, Danielsville, and Maysville. Don’t see your city listed? Reach out to us. If it is outside our service area, we will still provide services for an additional fee because we believe every business deserves topnotch tech support.
What computers do you work on?
We can service almost any computer other than Mac/Apple.
Do you offer remote services?
We do not offer remote services that involve working on or maintaining devices. We believe that for us to give the best tech support, Ben needs to be able to physically work on the device. However, we do offer to do some things remotely such as set up mass emails, update web-links, and consults although those can also be done in person.
How much do you charge?
We like to keep things simple. We charge a base service call fee which includes one hour of labor or consulting. After that there is an hourly rate. Clients who are enrolled in our maintenance plans receive a discount on hourly rates after the initial service call fee. The service call fee does not include the addition mileage rate outside of our service area.
